SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Preorders

A Thousand Years From Now is available for preorder. Orders are expected to begin shipping on September 22, 2026. This is the shipping date, not a guaranteed delivery date.

If an unexpected production delay prevents us from shipping within the stated timeframe, customers will be notified by email and given the option to accept the revised shipping date or cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make a correction, email athousandyearsfromnowbook@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Cancellations

Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Standard paperback copies may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unread and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Signed or personalized copies are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email athousandyearsfromnowbook@gmail.com within three days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the book and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
